Your Role The PR & Event planner will support the site manager in various administrative and operational tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in logistics and supply chain management.

Your Responsibilities Organize site visits and conduct tours of the warehouse; Assist the site manager with administrative tasks and generate reports; Liaise with the PR and marketing team in Milan; Support the HR function as needed; Assist in planning and coordinating events related to the logistics site; Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Your Skills and Experiences High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred; 0-2 years of experience in a similar industrial environment or in the tourism/events planning sectors; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to communicate fluently in English; Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred; Very good soft skills, including adaptability, teamwork, and customer service; Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
