Your mission, Should You Choose to Accept It: Located in the heart of the Capital City of Italy, one of the richest in history and culture in Europe while looking at the future, The Social Hub Rome will be the fourth Social Hub in Italy after Florence Lavagnini, Florence Belfiore and Bologna.

Situated in the dynamic neighborhood of San Lorenzo, surrounded of local bars, restaurants & shops, with a strong artistic and cultural atmosphere, The Social Hub Rome will operate around 392 rooms, a 10, 500 m2 park, a thriving co-working community, restaurants and a rooftop with a pool. We're so much more than just a hotel.

The PR and Events Manager (City Connector) is the face of T he Social Hub Rome.

Your role is to grow and nurture a network of 200+ local (emerging) leaders in the creative, digital and education industry and convert them into T he Social Hub fans.

The network will generate partners for experiences (events, programming), ambassadors, PR/social media a nd business opportunities.

By working with next-level brands and platforms, you will engage and attract the city's tastemakers, movers, and shakers into our hub.

By doing that you will increase brand awareness, which results in incremental revenue.

Next to working with local brands you will also manage the local ambassadors of Rome and local PR relations.

What You'll Do Y ou'll e xecute and manage the pre- & openings activations and events to build a 200+ community with local changemakers in our key industries Yo u'll c o-curate and onboard 10 ambassadors who are local hero's and changemakers in the educational, creative and digital industries You'll c oordinate and execute the opening event f or The Social Hub Rome You'll c reate and drive all the brand & marketing events with the goal of creating local brand awareness You'll c urate the artistic direction of The Socia l Hub Rome's programming and events You'll o rganize & manage ambassadors' collaborations and dinners Y ou'll be the contact person for local media in Rome, h ost ing and engag ing with them on a daily basis in alignment with regional PR & comms plan as well as the national PR agency Y ou'll provide s upport in launch i ng our community experiences program for our internal community Y ou'll e ngage and maintain communication with relevant networks, changemakers and partners You will a ttend local external events and networks within Rome Y ou'll c ollaborate with commercial team to generate sales opportunities for M&E, coworking, hotel, short stay, semester students etc.

Who You Are Y ou h ave a hyper-connected network in Rome and your positive attitude works as a magnet to attract the key city makers in town You h ave 3+ years working experience in brand, event- and/or community management You lead by example, with the T he Social Hub brand values in mind and demonstrate exceptional product knowledge to deliver the expected guest experience and quality Y ou d emonstrate excellent problem solving and decision-making skills You are results driven with a creative mindset Y ou a re proactive, hands-on mentality, drive and ambition to grow with the organization You're currently located within Italy What We Offer The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
