Position**:

We are looking for a PR & Events Specialist who will contribute to implementing our PR strategy and increasing brand visibility in our home country, Italy, and globally.

In charge of Italian PR and of the coordination of external relations networks and agencies, ensuring alignment of local activities with central strategies with the common goal of monitoring global press coverage.

In charge of contribute to producing press content to support launches, oversee the writing and editing of press releases, speeches, and interviews.

**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Coordinate external PR agencies in line with local Marketing team, support events and special projects;

- Support day-by-day activities and countries' requests

- Monthly sending of print and web editorial results to countries

**Press review

- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a regular basis and optimize based on results

- WW press review

- Assist with executing monthly DMR checks

- Print & web editorial results analysis - reports

**Press office

- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within off & online media

- Handle and manage mailing lists

- Pitch story ideas to editors and work with them on ongoing stories and regular columns

- Monitor and analyze the global editorial coverage

- Establish a PR archive/library

- Define internal and external presentations/pitches

- Support the PR&Events Manager in developing PR initiatives in the Italian market: managing daily requests, tracking and maintaining the press database to ensure it is up to date and optimized

**Press materials

- Full development of PR tools: smart delivery and PR material for specific projects

- Be able to write texts to be used for different purposes such as press releases, invitations, press kits

- Support for the processing, translation, finalization and sending of press materials

- Loading press materials on distribution platforms

**Digital PR

- Track and maintain the influencer database to ensure it is up-to-date and optimized

- Drive influencer campaign ideas and concepts based on the global PR strategy

- Collaborate with the local team to orchestrate programs in order to secure influencer attendance and coverage

- Responsible for talent discovery, building and maintaining influencer relationships

- Seeding, gifting to socialites, VIPs, and influencers

- Lead, execute, measure, and report the Earned Engagement strategy

- Work in synergy with Digital Team to coordinate social media activities.
