PR & Marketing Executive
Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communication, we are looking for a qualified PR & Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Toscana Resort Castelfalfi, The Resort boasts a 5-star hotel, a 27-hole golf course and several restaurants.
In addition, luxury real estate opportunities and an agricultural department producing organic wines and olive oil complete the offer of the Resort, increasing the complexity of the PR & Marketing perspectives and tasks, according to the destination PR & Marketing strategy of the Company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
PR
- Managing the day-by-day tasks with PR Agencies and media requests under the supervision of the Director of Marketing & Communication;
- Making sure all press material (eg.
press releases, advertising. )
is aligned with the agreed narrative and brand values;
- Organizing and managing press trips, media visits and influencers visits dealing with the other hotel departments;
- Managing and updating the international media database;
- Distribute relevant articles and news internally;
- Develop press materials and brief spokespeople in preparation for media interviews, for core messages of the hotel with its outlets and the estate;
- Collecting press coverage (clippings);
- Monitoring online and offline coverage;
- Updating the press area and other areas on the website;
- Monitoring online content (OTAs, Tos, websites, etc);
- Review texts and/or press releases in Italian and English, and write them when needed;
Marketing
- In collaboration with Director of Marketing & Communication develop the full-year communications strategy to support the overall business objectives;
- Ensure all communication content is on brand and aligned with the Divisional communications plan.
- Support the Director of M&C in coordinating the Marketing Agency to design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals;
- Coordinate the creation of digital content (e. g. , website, App, DEM and social media), both through agency or autonomously considering SEO and Google Analytics, in cooperation with the rest of the team;
- Monitor ROI and KPIs
- Managing photo and video shooting coordinating with the involved departments and under the supervision of the Director of M&C
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- PR/Marketing experience in luxury hospitality (at least 3 years)
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Empathy, listening skills and adaptability
- Precision and attention to detail
- Experience managing external agencies
- Experience in dealing with national and international media and influencers
- Skilled in innovative copywriting and editing
- Ability to work both in team and independently, adhering to strict deadlines
- Outstanding communication skills in Italian and English, both verbal and written
- Event management experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of social media tools
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Advanced computer skills and detailed knowledge of various computer programs, including a strong proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
