Media enquiries & PR pitching (product placement & editorial shootings)

Pro-active outreach to celebrity managers/agents and stylists for dressing opportunities

Management of dressing requests, fittings and deliveries

Distribution of celebrity dressing media alerts

Management of KOL & celebrity gifting (proposal, delivery & follow-up)

Research new and existing Bloggers/influencers/Celebrities who are well suited to the brand

Coordination of external agencies

Secure attendees, manage guest list and RSVP's, execute post-event coverage Importante Azienda Corporate events and fashion shows.

Maintain and update in-house database

Media monitoring with the help of DMR and development of weekly and monthly editorial clipping and sample traffickingreport

Global editorial shooting coordination

Building and developing strong relationships with key press on a worldwide basis to maximise brand awareness;

Pitching and executing profile stories, editorial coverage, presentations and releases;

Prepare various press material including corporate key messages, corporate pr strategies, press releases, sociale media content, executive bios, media alerts.

Execution of presentations, weekly reports and proposals;

Develop and execute Communications strategy

Assist the Communication director in developing by preparing regular analysis and reports ( weekly, monthly and ad hoc )

Profilo

Strong written and verbal communication skills;

Must be dynamic, clear and precise;

Fluent in English
