We are seeking an experienced and engaged PR freelance to support Marketing & Communication team, to drive the PR strategy for Salvatori in Italy as internationally.

The PR freelance will run the local communications strategy to strengthen Salvatori brand positioning and reputation in the market.

The PR freelance will be responsible for:

- All events organized internally and externally both for media and other outlooks.

This person will own the selection of any spokesperson for third parties events, design weeks and collaborations.

- Developing PR campaigns around product launches, strategic company news or corporate news tied to overall global and local PR strategy.

- Growing a strong network of media contacts along relevant media and opinion leaders, and act as go-to-person for all their requests.

- Work in close collaboration with the Marketing team to align and coordinate global & local campaigns.

- Crisis communication management skills and working closely with other teams such as legal and compliance when required.

- Effectively measure the success of your activities

->3 years professional experience in PR agencies.

- Academic degree in Public Relations, Communications or Brand management.

- Local knowledge of design landscape, ideally with a pre-existing network of media contacts.

- Deep knowledge of traditional communications and the PR craft, with an appetite to disrupt the status quo.

- Digital literacy and willingness to use digital and media tools productively - Ability to develop and adjust storytelling across different audiences such as design, lifestyle & end consumers.

- Creative storyteller that can proactively identify opportunities to create content that can be shared widely.

- Ability to proactively identify opportunities in a rapidly growing and changing working environment and delivering on a strong "find a solution" mentality.

- Capable of making decisions in high-pressure situations while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in Italian and English.

- Based in Milan.
