Role
The trainee will support the tutor in activities related to the Showroom's VM organisation and product placement. The trainee will also be involved in specific projects aimed at organising PR and Marketing events.
Working alongside the tutor, the trainee will have the opportunity to learn the phases that characterise Marketing, Communication & PR in a fashion company, in particular, will develop skills related to researching news and information, organising materials and support in the organisation of events and realisation of projects.
Main responsibilities
- Support in the management of international shipments: compilation of the Transport Document, preparation of samples for shipment, contact with suppliers for shipments, monitoring of shipment and verification of receipt of material.
- Support in the organisation of events: contact with possible suppliers, preparation of Power Point presentations.
- Support in the preparation of press reviews: online and offline news search, computer archive feeding, extraction from archive and layout of news using the dedicated programme.
- Preparation of press release reports, send out to magazines and VIPs.
- Preparation of presentations via Power Point.
- Input of data in the appropriate management software.
- Creation of files for analysing indicators relating to Marketing activities.
- Support in Marketing projects.
