Key Responsibilities:Work closely with local team to align on projects and goals for Xiaomi Italy;Work on cross-cutting affairs with local teams (including, but not limited to Marketing, Sales, Aftersales, Retail, Go-To-Market and Product) in Italy to support and maximize coverage in accordance to local requirements;Support PR strategy in Itly to sustain positive, in-depth coverage;Predict, monitor and manage crisis;Lead and manage PR agency to execute communications plan; take charge of purchasing processes for PR agencies;Support and fully in charge of creation and localization of press materials, and lead local review programs over various products;Contribute to creation of in-house contents such as blog posts, PR activities;Strategize PR outreach efforts across the whole country;Maintain excellent relationships with Italian press with the help of local marketing team or agencies;Monitor local media reports and handle media requests on a frequent basis;Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience;At least 5 years of proven experience in the fields of technology-related communications (PR, journalism);Proven experience in managing PR agencies preferred;Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the technology industry in general;In-depth knowledge about the business models and products of Xiaomi and its peer competitors;Have experience in engaging with media in Italy across different categories;Self-motivated, self-starter, flexible with an entrepreneurial spirit, not a "corporate person", and naturally gifted at interacting with others;Ability to work across teams, think outside the box and handle tight deadlines.
