Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience leading and managing a team.

- Customer-facing experience in the enterprise space.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience developing and growing C-level relationships.

- Deep understanding of Data Analytics and of the business challenges in adopting Data Analytics solutions

- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.

- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build, lead, and grow an EMEA team of Data Analytics Customer Engineers, emphasizing deep technical expertise while being focused on customer value.

- Incubate and scale new Data Analytics solutions via customer and partner engagements, prioritized in collaboration with the VP of Data Analytics sales and the Go-to-Market teams.

These engagements include Discovery Workshops, Solution Dojos, labs, POC builds, Architecture Design Workshops, and more.

- Ensure field readiness by sharing best practice and technical know-how across EMEA.

- Consolidate needs across the top EMEA customers to inform engineering roadmap, as well as the creation of repeatable assets.

- Lead the EMEA data analytics Community of Practice, to drive maximum customer value across EMEA, by leveraging CEs across the region on key data analytics practice initiatives such as knowledge sharing, asset creation, and celebrating CE and customer successes.
