PRACTICE LEAD, EXPERIENCE
DC is seeking a Practice Lead, Experience who will be tasked with driving the strategic development, growth and scale of our Italy based Experience Practice and supporting EMEA initiatives and client opportunities across the Dentsu Network.
- The Practice Lead, Experience is a leadership role that will be assigned to develop a cohesive growth strategy for the Italy (inclusive of growth & innovation, positioning & identity, products & platforms and emerging realities & technology) critically; they will work to ensure that the work and output of our experience practice delivers reputation driving work for the agency.
In the first 90 days, you will be tasked to set an agenda for growth and lead projects that will set the foundation for how Experience operates within Italy, helping to unite the capability across its offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Building and developing the team that can deliver reputation enhancing work. -
- Collaborating with leadership to establish Experience goals in line with collective OKRs. -
- Managing the effectiveness of the Experience teams across the Italy towards shared outcomes. -
- Developing Experiences that are aligned with the industry and in touch with culture. -
- Growing the size and engagement of Experience throughout the Italy - responsible for new business and leading successful pitches against our competitors. -
- Supporting wider EMEA initiatives and being a champion for Experience across the Denstu-
- Represent DC experience within the wider creative community (Keeping the pulse of, and getting ahead of, community topics, trends, issues, and opportunities e. g. Web 3, VR/AR/AI). -
- Coordinating effectively and efficiently with other studios in EMEA and Globally. WHAT YOU WILL BRING- Demonstrated success in driving customer-centric strategies and initiatives, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and business outcomes. -

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. -
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas to diverse audiences. -
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. -
- Familiarity with customer experience technologies, platforms, and tools. -
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. -
