Practice Manager (Finance Manager/CFO/COO) - Italy

We are delighted to be representing a highly regarded International Law firm on a search for a new Practice Manager (CFO/COO) for the Italian region.

This is a replacement hire following the current role holders retirement and will take responsibility for the existing finance team of 8 as well as wider operational management for the 2 offices of this law firm in Italy.

The role requires an experienced leader who can work directly with the firm's Managing Partner and other heads of business services functions.

You will have oversight of financial matters across the firm and provide key reports and analysis to the firms partnership to help inform key business decisions.

Other key experience required:

- Existing experience within legal/wider professional services firm

- Proven experience operating in a leadership role (Head of finance / Operations)

- Financial and commercially astute

- Ability to provide strategic oversight as well as a "can-do" proactive mindset

- A personable, values driven, approach

- Role is based in Milan
