JOB PURPOSESupport for accounting activities, reconciliation of receipts, payments, and invoicing. RESPONSIBILITIESVerification of received documents based on the requirements of tax regulations and Group procedures. Reconciliation of daily retail and e-commerce receipts. Supplier invoice review (purchase orders/prices/due dates). Updating of corporate accounting in the SAP system. Execution of tasks related to document management (payment authorization requests, supplier follow-ups, scanning, optical archiving). Ledger control and reconciliation. Support for monthly closing activities. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSDegree in economics3-5 years of experience in a similar roleGood knowledge of English, German is optionalExcellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office suiteKnowledge of the SAP ERP software will be considered a plusStrong analytical and summarizing skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
