We are seeking a highly motivated graduate to join an exciting project characterizing engineered biological molecules designed to target the Aurora-A/N-Myc oncogenic interaction.

This research aims to contribute to the development of novel therapeutic strategies for neuroblastoma.

Key Responsibilities: - Characterize engineered biological molecules designed to target the Aurora-A/N-Myc interaction.

- Perform biochemical techniques such as protein purification and binding assays.

- Analyze experimental data and contribute to the development of new experimental protocols.

- Work in a collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team of researchers.

Required Qualifications: - Background in biochemical techniques, particularly in protein purification and binding assays, is preferred.

- Experience in molecular biology and biochemistry: - - Familiarity with the principles of protein-protein interactions and the study of oncogenic pathways.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Duration and Funding: - The position is funded for 5 months, transitioning into a 3-year PhD program at the end of the contract (September 2025) - The position is available immediately and is fully funded through a research grant from Fondazione Neuroblastoma Location Department of Biochemical Sciences @Sapienza University of Rome.
