Pre-Qualification Vendor Manager
Intertek, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, is looking for Pre-qualification Vendor Manager to follow projects in Oil & Gas Field.
**Posizione**:
Main duties:
- Proactively develop a strategy to increase number and quality of suppliers defining criticalities on materials, services, equipment sourcing.
- Coordinate all vendor management tasks inclusive of working with external vendors and internal employees.
- Ensure enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment and continuing vendor monitoring are being accomplished.
- Coordinate vendor processes and methods to approve vendors.
- Create new standard to track, measure, report and evaluate potential suppliers' performance.
- Identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions.
- Identify and implement continuously enhance efficiencies associated with opportunities to implement actual supplier database and scouting newcomers and technology enablers.
- Ensure to collaborate with IT areas to assure systems are updated and aligned on procedures and processes required to collect all information and document required from potential suppliers.
- Stimulate steady process enhancement to increase research of supplier more efficient and responding at higher standards and opportunity for cost reduction
- Implement and keep updated benchmark prices for materials, equipment and services with local and global view.
- Support to explore expansion across new business lines.
**Requisiti**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Administration, Management, Project Management
- +10 years' experience on Supply Chain Management and Vendor Strategy Design
- Expert knowledge of strategic sourcing, outsourcing and contract development
- Experience managing vendor relationships and/or resolution of issues in a cross functional environment preferred
- Experience working with vendors
- Ability to communicate and articulate vendor performance issues and due diligence items to appropriate parties both internally and externally
