Your main responsibilities will be**:

- Understand customer's challenges/needs to recommend adequate solutions and ensure the highest customer satisfaction

- Communicate & position the results to customers through presentations, scientific conferences, seminars, workshops or user meetings

- Maintain and expand your expertise including the latest scientific findings, market & technology trends, industry benchmarks & regulations and positioning of the competition.

- Work closely with the Agilent sales team to exceed sales target

This role is based in **Milan** (Cernusco sul Naviglio).

- **University Degree** with a **strong focus on instrumental analysis** (Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc. . . )

- Ideally knowledge and hands-on experience with Single Quad and Q-TOF technology

- Demonstrated experience with method development and optimization

- **Full proficiency** in **English** and **Italian

You enjoy working both **autonomously** and **as part of a team**.
