To strengthen our PreSales team we are looking for a professional who has gained significant experience in the healthcare sector and who will be involved in projects of:

- Development and improvement of processes in the health sector;

- E-health functional analysis;

- Definition of models and systems to support government and planning in the health sector;

- Definition of systems for monitoring health expenditure;

- Program management, change management and organizational support;

- Support for the digitalization of health services;

- Support customers through consultancy activities;

- Coordinate and draw up a response to a tender;

- Decline the strategies and trends identified by global strategy at the local level (Italy, Region, etc.

);

- Carry out product benchmarking and partner selection;

- Support marketing for communication and promotion (workshops / walkthroughs).

Skills and Qualifications:

- University Degree in Economics / Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics;

- 4+ years of professional experience gained in the Healthcare sector;

- Strong interest in undertaking an experience in consultancy to support the development of the Italian healthcare sector at a regional and local level;

- Experience in the Public Healthcare area in support of regional / national digitization projects, with expertise in procurement and contract management methods (PNRR, CONSIP, etc.

);

- Management and draw up of technical offers for public and private tenders (specific tenders, national / regional tenders, public-private partnerships, etc.

);

- Experience in ICT for Healthcare & Life Sciences area;

- Knowledge of statistics and quantitative analysis;

- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;

- Strong orientation towards the formalization of requirements for the implementation of information systems, the ability to analyze and evaluate the benefits and risks associated with the introduction of organizational / technological solutions;

- Strong communication and argumentation skills as well as convincing and confident appearance at C-level with the customer;

- Ability to work towards goals;

- Strong problem solving;

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

- Team player & able to collaborate with others.
