Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Precision Medicine Specialist, located in Milan.

We are looking for an individual contributor, who works independently with mínimal direction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely within the manager and the Country Value Teams to build the Precision Medicine strategy plan;

- Support territory sales, medical and market access functions;

- Build and develop interaction with new external partners as biologists, pathologists, geneticists as well as their scientific societies;

- Support the team in mapping labs and relevant external partners;

- Assist in developing partnerships with public/private labs, diagnostic and other pharma industries;

- Collaborative plans for successful launches and diagnostic support program at local level if needed, ensuring efficient patient identification and access;

- Deploy & supervise testing, patient journey and patient leakage metrics;

- Balance business priorities & resources, adapting to the external & internal environment.

- Align with medical, commercial and access team about local operating activities with key centers/labs & HCPs

- Manage consultants/agencies for key projects

**Qualifications**:

**Experience and Skills**:

**Education**:

- A Bachelor's Degree is required, advanced one is helpful.

- Life Sciences degree is strongly preferred

**Required**:

- At least 3 years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or molecular diagnostic industry

- Experience to work in a matrix environment within cross-functional teams

- Communication & negotiating skills

- Analytical skills to understand scientific & financial data, recognize key issues & focus on business priorities

- Exhibit behaviors aligned to the J&J Global Leadership Profile including but not limited to: integrity-credo based actions, collaboration, teamwork and results driven

- Awareness of & adherence to J&J Credo Values, SOPs, Policies & Guidelines

**Preferred**:

- Experience in oncology

- Prior experience working with external agencies & vendors Proven track record to influence & handle a sophisticated set of internal & external partners, including KOLs
