**Job Summary**:

Within Tetra Pak's Next Generation Maintenance team we are driving a relaunch of Predictive Maintenance and Asset Health Monitoring.

In order to re-imagine our flexible, secure, and scalable cloud-based IoT platform we are looking for a Predictive Maintenance Product Owner.

**What you will do**:

- You'll develop a deep understanding of Customers and product needs, be a strong Customer advocate and translate requirements into technical solutions/roadmaps

- You'll ensure that the solution is reflecting or anticipating Customer needs and internal inputs, aligning different Tetra Pak stakeholders/organizations

- You'll ensure that the solution is well presented ('easy to understand and sell'), well documented and easy to deploy, including defining operations and support tools to reach our strategic objectives by deploying Condition Monitoring at scale

- You'll contribute to redefining the Value proposition of Condition Monitoring and translating it into actionable plans, actions, processes and tools to positively impact thousands of internal users and Customers world-wide

- You'll put in place metrics and analytics to track initiative progress vs. agreed targets, including aligning on forecasts and yearly plans with the relevant stakeholders across the company

- Together with the Condition Monitoring Manager and Technical Product Owners, you'll drive Product Roadmaps for Condition Monitoring/Asset Health solutions supporting the company strategy

- You'll align the product backlog and prioritization of user stories ensuring timelines are respected

**We believe you have**:

- You have MS. or Ph. D. in Business Management, Innovation Management, Engineering, Information Technology or related field- You are familiar with Lean Startup methodology

- You have at least 5 years of experience working with software solutions and its development, or Customer Success Management roles

- You have demonstrated experience in Product/Business development and can create a strong, easy to understand Value proposition including providing guidance for funnel management, Installed Base management, marcomm activities, pricing and market launches

- Demonstrated experience in Service/Maintenance business for industrial equipment or digital solutions, and being familiar with how modern Service organization works a strong plus

- Passion for data: you love analytics and data exploration of complex systems and are able to tell compelling 'stories' and use cases starting from technical data

- Experience in working with Agile / Scrum work environment (Jira) as a Product Owner a plus: writing user stories, product features and following the development process epics

- You have experience working with cross functional teams and are a natural team player who likes to share ambitious goals and participate in a trusted, exciting and fun environment

- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication with both technical and business audiences
