As part of the global presales team, you will be part of the sales organization, contributing to sales target achievement, account management, penetration of new markets, and new customers. You will own all the technical aspects of the accounts, from product presentation to upselling new features and technology.
You will be responsible for technical solution description documents, technical proposals, scope of work, and leading RFx responses. RequirementsBSc in a Technical area3-5 years of experience in a presale position in the Mobile Telecom industryProven experience leading RFPsExperience working for a software product companyTelecom network background is a mustMobile data & IP knowledge and deep telecommunication knowledgeFluent written and spoken English and SpanishDynamic personality with business acumen and motivation, team playerExcellent presentation skillsEffective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsWilling to travel extensivelyResponsibilitiesTechnically and commercially support the sales process – initiatives, upsells, and new opportunitiesProduct introduction, demonstration, and presentation – Prepare, Present, and DemonstrateSolution Engineering – understand customer needs and create upsells and new opportunities, listen to customers' requirements, leverage and translate that to a solution, materialize customer requests to salesRFX overall responsibility – provide the full RFX response, write the solution sections, assure coherence and suitability of the entire response to customer needs, defend the response, work inbound with R&D and Product, work outbound with customers and business partnersProvide detailed specification and SOW for customer requests and new requirementsSales management of trials and PoCs – define the scope, requirements, success criteria, timelines, and milestones.
Work with HQ on logistics and delivery resources, acting as the focal point of contact for technical aspects and outbound communication to customersWork and communicate efficiently with customers, both internal and externalAttend marketing events, trade shows, and relevant conferences as requiredEnable new sales opportunities by constantly collecting information about customers' new requirements, changes in customers' technical environment, and competitive situations #J-18808-Ljbffr
