As part of the global presales team, you will be part of the sales organization, contributing to sales target achievement, account management, market penetration, and acquiring new customers. You will own all technical aspects of the accounts, including product presentations, upselling new features and technology, and leading RFx responses. Requirements:BSc in a Technical area3-5 years of experience in a presale position in the Mobile Telecom industryProven experience leading RFPsExperience working for a software product companyTelecom network background is a mustMobile data & IP knowledge and deep Telecommunication knowledgeFluent written and spoken English + SpanishDynamic personality with business acumen and motivation; a team playerExcellent presentation skillsEffective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsWilling to travel extensivelyResponsibilities:Technically and commercially support sales processes – initiatives, upsells, and new opportunitiesProduct introduction, demonstration, and presentation – prepare, present, and demonstrateSolution engineering – understand customer needs and create upsells and new opportunities; listen to customers' requirements and translate that to a solutionRFX overall responsibility – provide the full RFX response, write solution sections, assure coherence and suitability of the response to customer needs, defend the response, and collaborate with R&D and ProductProvide detailed specifications and SOW for customer requests and new requirementsSales management of trials and PoCs – define the scope, requirements, success criteria, timelines, and milestones; work with HQ on logistics and delivery resourcesWork and communicate efficiently with customers, both internal and externalAttend marketing events, trade shows, and relevant conferences as requiredEnable new sales opportunities by collecting information about customer requirements and changes in their technical environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
