**About the Role**:
The CyberRes Strategist will be responsible for creating, qualifying, developing and selling solutions together with the Sales Account Team and Presales Consultants.
A consultative selling approach with a deep security background contributes to the team success.
This team is account-focused and business driven, always highlighting the value of our solutions.
This job focusses on creating the awareness and opening the market for the sales teams.
**The CyberRes Strategist, International role is responsible for
**Go-To-Market Support
- Market trends analysis and solution mapping
- Drive alliances and Cybersecurity consultancy firm's business relationship
- Raising awareness of our Security solutions in the market
- Business analysis with deep understanding about what is working and what's is not in each region
**Value Based Selling
- Advances opportunities using effective consultative selling techniques/ JTV (value selling)
- Cybersecurity digital (blogs, vlogs, whitepapers, videos etc.
)
- Actively supports the account team with solution advice, proposals, presentations, and other customer communications
**Customer Executive Level Relationship
- Maintains excellent communications with customer executive management across the Region.
- Represents the company as a technical expert with customers; shares knowledge in area of expertise and links to related technology areas.
- Partners effectively with others in the account to ensure Solution adoption and customer satisfaction.
**Enhance Innovation within the Presales Organization**:
- Develop JTV material covering all CyberRes portfolio
- Train Sales and Presales on JTV technical methodology
- Initiate advanced and integration use cases
- Identifies overlooked opportunities suggested by technical/business expertise
**Education and Experience Required**:
- University or bachelor's degree; advanced or Master degree preferred.
- Typically, 10+ years of experience in sales or presales organizations
- Directly related management experience and work results, including success in managing the achievement of progressively higher quota or other sales related goals.
- Demonstrated results in managing resources to support complex, strategic sales and business objectives.
**Knowledge and Skills Required**:
- Deep understanding of the Security market
- Technical/Solution acumen
- Presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrates a broad knowledge of the company's technology & solutions, with deep expertise in the area of specialization and related technologies.
- Links company solutions with business needs to create customer business value.
- Applies broad understanding of technical innovations & trends to solving customer business problems.
- Establishes thought leadership in a technical specialty area with customers.
