As the business reader, responsible for business including online and offline to manage the sales and the profits (P&L) to be met with expecting budget and target.

Responsibilities:Producing a local business plan aligned with management to share a clear short, middle, and long-term vision to improve and develop the regional business and execute the action plan. Managing P&L and costs/expenses while considering business trends, income/outcome status, and cash flow position/forecast to meet the budget and forecast (revision) plan. Enhancing company culture and coaching the leadership team towards becoming true business partners, while setting up a strong regional organization and evaluating the team properly to realize and execute the business plan toward the regional goal. Requirements: At least 10 years of experience in regional management in consumer goods, retail, or luxury industries. Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
