**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Management, coordination and monitoring of press orders for all the PR agencies and partners worldwide in collaboration with the production department

- Supporting the team in the managements of events such as fashion shows, presentations, press days and trade shows.

- Coordinate internal and external sample requests and send-outs

- Coordinate and assist with VIP dressing and talents' requests

- Manage sample tracker between various locations

- Communication with press agencies and stylists, as well as regional Marni offices

- Provide guidelines to local product teams in terms of workflow and product selection

- Define and implement focused product approaches and strategies for each market to increase brand exposure and recognition

- Supervision of global sample orders, budget review and related ROI

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

- Be a Marni lover

- At least 3 years of experience in Public Relations in Luxury/Fashion dealing with product

- Knowledge of media presence worldwide

- Fluent in Italian and English both spoken and written

- Proactive, positive, flexible, hard-worker

- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Multitasking and organizational attitude
