Who we are looking for

For the Feltre Manufacturing Department, we are looking for a:

PRESSES PROCESS ENGINEER

Under the supervision of the Extrusion Operation Manager, he/she will be responsible for designing, implementing, controlling and optimizing industrial processes and machinery in the manufacturing industry, improving their efficiency, quality and flowr>

Main tasks and responsibilities

Monitoring and analysis of the Extrusion process, from the raw material to the finish goodr>

Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflowsr>

Ensure that any extruded profile produced are created in an efficient and cost-effective manner while complying with health and safety regulations and quality standardsr>

Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new proceduresr>

Support in continuous improvement activities Methods - Time Measurementr>

Support and collaborate with quality, maintenance and dies departmentsr>

Standardize processes to reduce costs and lead timesr>

Ensure the implementation and standardization of company HSE policiesr>

Prepare reports to document process status and changesr>

Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgradesr>

Communicates findings and proposals to upper managementr>

Provides thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changesr>

Finally, we require:

Bachelor or masters degree in mechanical, management or materials engineering or physics

4-7 years experience in the same role
