Once the user hits submit, we make POST requests with that data to multiple REST end-points sending the job application back to the Workday tenant.

The system will clear out / time out after 60 minutes of inactivity (for records that were not submitted back to Workday).

Do you have the drive to lead and optimize maintenance operations while ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction?

Valmet is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Manager to support our mill-wide maintenance operations in the beautiful city of Lucca, Italy.

As the Preventive Maintenance Manager , you will play a pivotal role in enhancing maintenance operations by leveraging our global technical expertise, driving the development of customer site maintenance processes, and contributing to Valmet's knowledge base.

Moreover, you will: Ensure the safe execution of all maintenance and site activities in line with Valmet, customer, and country HSE policies.

Develop and implement short-term and long-term maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and availability.

Support the successful integration of mill-wide maintenance operations and foster collaboration with customers.

Support the customer in the annual budget management and cost monitoring.

Lead and motivate the maintenance team, ensuring alignment with Valmet's values and contractual obligations.

Promote a proactive maintenance culture, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and apply best practices to achieve world-class maintenance standards.

What You'll Need to Succeed A strong technical background and experience in similar roles will be highly appreciated.

Leadership skills, including the ability to coach and motivate teams.

Expertise in customer collaboration, change management, and lean management principles.

Excellent communication, networking, and analytical skills.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus.
