Pricing & HEOR Manager

The job responsibilities include:

- Develop and excellently execute health economics plans/ studies in Italy

- Inform the local pricing strategy for products in scope through:

- _ Tracking competitors P&R conditions_

- _ Adapt global Cost-effectiveness and Budget impact models to the Italian market_

- _ Development of strategic reports from AIFA web-registry on the key insights from real world usage of the products_

- Ensure the study outcome and readiness to develop, manage and deliver health economics documents to submit to the health authorities when required

- Collaborate with product teams to develop and deliver health economic tools to appropriately influence funding allocation, decision making and guideline development within the Italian healthcare system

- Project manage health economic agencies in developing health economic models, reviews and publications to support the business needs

- Review and customize global and economic models and dossiers to the Italian business needs

- Develop and provide targeted health economic training programs for internal and external customers

- Monitor and analyze AIFA activities - innovation appraisals, contracting options, new position statements and estimate impacts for Sanofi

- Adherence to company and industry codes of conduct, ethics, pharma code

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Essential

- Studied Master in Healthcare, Pharmacy or MBA

- Previous experienced in Market Access

- Proven skills in Health economics

- Advanced in Italian and English (speaking, writing) and communication skills

- Strong quantitative skills with advanced use of Excel
