About This Job:
As Pricing and Value Access Lead, you play a crucial part in shaping the Regional Value Strategy Plan.
Your responsibilities extend to the development and delivery of a local Market Access Plan for the assigned portfolio.
You are a role model for implementing the new Market Access Therapeutic Area model, fostering collaboration across horizontal, vertical, and virtual channels to enhance Affiliate effectiveness sustainably.
Leading the localization and submission of the Value Reimbursement Dossier for assigned medicines, you also craft Value Communication tools for payers using the Regional Market Access Plan and other materials.
Effectively identifying and communicating payer customer needs, you inform evidence-generation prioritization and contribute to developing Value Dossiers.
Your involvement extends to agreeing on market access and pricing strategies, engaging with key payer stakeholders, and providing input into strategic price-setting at the EMEA level.
You will be part of an inclusive team that works to develop innovative therapies for patients.

Key Activities for this role:
- Contribute to the creation of the Regional Value Strategy Plan and develop and deliver a local Market Access Plan for the requisite portfolio.
- Drive the implementation of the new Market Access Therapeutic Area model.
- Lead on the localization and submission of the Value Reimbursement Dossier for assigned medicines.
- Proactively communicate Market Access needs, insights, and environmental changes concerning the local healthcare system to the in-country regional team.
- Ensure full compliance with the procedures in total agreement with current legislation, the code of conduct, and the conduct of Astellas.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience in a Market Access role in the Pharma sector with strong patient/customer focus, in multi-disciplinary, matrix and global contexts.
- Proven track record in developing and delivering compelling value propositions and access strategies.
- Strong experience in implementing market access strategies and achieving exceptional results for products.
- Prior experience in developing KPIs and dashboards, to support sustainable growth and performance.
Educations/Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in science or equivalent.
