The candidate will be required to provide support to the Health Products Development and Sales Support Team for Pricing and Technical Analysis of the Health Division, covering Medical Reimbursement, Permanent Disability and Daily Allowance spectrum of Personal and Commercial (Small Commercial, Mid-Large Corporate).

The candidate will be involved in development or review of the tariffs for all Health products and subsequent technical analysis. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop independently technical analyses in alignment with Group Best Practices and Policies, following the whole tariff process:Data preparationOverall Rate Requirement analysisTechnical analysis with advanced statistical techniques for risk and behavioral modelsWhat-if analysis to evaluate the impact of different tariffs on portfolio performanceDefinition of technical requirement for IT implementation regarding tariff and database structureAssess on a regular basis the quality and correctness of the models and analysesDevelop KPI's and reports/dashboards based on portfolio and claims analysisParticipate in working groups for the definition of the concept of New ProductsInterface with other corporate functions on business or regulatory issuesKEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCEMaster's degree in actuarial science or equivalent fieldExperience (e. g.

3 years) in Insurance Company/Consultancy Firms with focus on PricingGood knowledge of the Tower Watson Suite (Emblem, Radar) and SASGood knowledge of Python and/or RProficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to work independently as well as engage and interact with different stakeholdersBe proactive in constantly improving tools and approaches to be market leadingSeek to continually improve knowledge regarding business and technical issues and actively propose ideas to managementFluent Italian and English (written and spoken) #J-18808-Ljbffr
