**Pricing Analyst**:
The Clinical Diagnostics Division is looking for a Pricing Analyst based in Europe to provide support to the Global Commercial Operations (GCO) organization. In coordination with Finance, the Commercial Organization and Marketing leaders, the Pricing Analyst would lead the pricing processes across various dimensions of the European GCO organization, influencing all pricing decisions and drive the strategies, processes, and systems used to develop, implement, and maintain standard pricing methods.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Be a key part of identifying and crafting price improvement projects and lead the implementation and roll-out of key methods and tools.
- Lead daily pricing operations such as maintenance of list prices and discount matrix.
- Actively work on process improvement to streamline existing processes.
- Develop, automate, and scale data analytics and data visualization to measure business performances, including pricing effectiveness, share gain, customer acquisition / retention, win / loss, etc.
- Own in-depth analysis to narrow down areas of opportunities for price growth and expansion. Identify trends, provide observations, insights and recommendations to answer key business questions and help business decisions.
- Establish, improve, and maintain various tools to support pricing decisions, win/loss analysis, predictive modeling, and other critical analyses
- Partnering with commercial team on frequent pricing requests to drive realized price and be the key gatekeeper to ensure accurate approvals are acquired according to approval matrix.
- Perform ad hoc data analysis for business around customer, product, and market dynamics.
**Qualifications
**Education
- BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or related field desired.
**Experience
- Experience working in Pricing or Finance Functions of a multinational publicly traded company, preferably in the Healthcare or FMCG sector.
- In Vitro Diagnostics experience valuable.
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Detail oriented, organized and analytical problem solver with strong commercial orientation and a passion for understanding pricing strategies and handling large data sets.
- Proven ability to operate independently with broad general mentorship against a framework of defined business objectives. Capable to prioritize multiple projects at the same time and shows creativity and innovation in presenting ideas.
- Proficient user of SAP, Power BI, Cognos, Excel, etc.
- The ability to identify process and control gaps and champion improvement initiatives through Practical-Process-Improvement
