We are looking for a Pricing Manager to join our Electrification business. You will coordinate the team activities ensuring that all the process are followed and provide pricing expertise to the organization by compiling and analyzing metrics, identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups and recommending actions to improve performance for specific sales organization. Your responsibilitiesDevelop and coach the Pricing team to maximise their performance and ensure ongoing continuous improvement within their function and to implement new processes and procedures. Perform analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast.

Perform benchmarking of key performance indicators with internal peers.

Work with sales management team to understand and analyze the drivers of performance and identify trends.

Special focus areas:

demand sales analysis, go to market. Support preparation of relevant organization pricing reporting, budgeting andforecasting.

Improve and maintain pricing quotation tools for pricing team and sales organization.

Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses and recommendations. Optimize own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements. Ensure processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements.

Maintain proper documentation for pricing procedure and manuals. Your backgroundAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role;Great knowledge of Excel, Access and PowerBI; Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken;Knowledge of French/German will be considered a plus;Dynamic individual with excellent attention to detail and good interpersonal skills;Good coordination skills, leadership attitudes, capacity to work in team and ability to cooperate under difficult circumstances;
