Working on the pricing lifecycle from set-up to go-live and in store follow-up, the position is in Loro Piana HQ Product Development office.

Dynamically co-operating with collection merchandisers but also with other functions as finance, supply chain, retail planning and ICT.

Reporting directly to our Pricing and Product Analysis Manager the resource will support the whole pricing process, working on data from multiple sources in order to optimize the methodology and collaborate with stakeholder to grant coordination.

The overall aim is to enhance the pricing model to level up the strategy and support the achievement of business goals.

Last but not least, she/he will be part of the developing and go live of the new pricing tool.

- Pricing:

- Seasonal initialization, set up and maintenance;

- Follow-up to HQ and regional merchandiser in pricing process;

- Support to all pricing activities both during sales campaign and hors season requests;

- Participate with Pricing manager for the implementation of a new pricing system (from Design to Go-Live).

- Analysis and Reporting:

- Secure GMM reporting related to pricing strategy;

- Reporting to support both planning approach and follow up;

- Grant continuous supervision of the actual market phenomena and impacts on business;

- Optimize the actual reporting to further develop the business with specific focus on pricing;

- Ad hoc analysis to support the evolving business needs.

**Profile**:

- Professional background: 3+ years of experience in luxury and retail industry.

Focus on pricing processes and logics is a strong plus;

- Education: Analytical and numerical background;

- Technical skills: pricing experience, data analysis, planning and detail driven;

- Soft skills: critical thinking, team working attitude, problem solving and synthesis abilities;

- IT skills: strong Excel knowledge, PowerPoint easy user.

Knowledge of Pricing Systems is a strong plus. Business Object (or similar reporting tools) and AS400 experience is a plus;

- Languages skills: Excellent English, French is a plus.
