Pricing Specialist
JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Pricing Specialist will be included into the Pricing Derivation Team, actively contributing to all Corporate Pricing projects and to the pricing strategy definition and its proper deployment from first propositional step to final posting overall supervision process: passing through adequate economics impacts evaluation, deep dive of key decision factors, all stakeholders consensus & commitment collection and final Steering Committee approval.
He/she will be partner of finance & treasury, commercial teams, marketing and product in building up the strategy and driving the success of its implementation.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
- Contribute to global Pricing projects, building relationships across all levels within various functions spanning Business Groups, wholesale/retail/e-comm dep.
and Global Operations functions
- Shape and develop WW pricing strategy, proactively identifying opportunities and needs or working in reason of input from other Departments
- Provide complete dossier to present pricing strategy main evidences and focuses to Top Management and stakeholders
- Prepare ad-hoc decision-making analysis, whenever needed by ongoing projects
- Support Pricing methodology and approach continuous improvement, strengthening policies, procedures and technical tools
NETWORK OF INTERACTION:
Corporate finance & treasury, marketing, business development, BBM, product, commercial teams and local markets structures
TECHNICAL SKILLS - PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
- Excel and Powerpoint proficiency
- Professional experience on at least one BI tool
- IT at least medium competence in invoicing processes and price flows management - knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Excellent problem solving, strategic & creative thinking, analytical skills
- Strong proficiency in projects/processes key factors identification and their implications mapping and effective representation
- Drive for results, being flexible and reactive in prioritizing and accomplishing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding team working and communication/presentation skills
- Ability to manage projects in a cross-functional context
- Integrity and maturity

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- 3-4 years of experience of strategic pricing in a Corporate function (better if HQ) within a big international Company working with both B2B and B2C channels, better if Luxury/Premium segment
- Former experience (3-4 years) in controlling and/or consultancy is preferred
