Prime ECS 360 Account Executive - Central Government Public Sector Italy (Rome)As part of the Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS) team, you will be selling to Government Customers across the central Italy region. You will be responsible for growing and managing a range of large Central Government Public Sector accounts, by partnering with our Strategic Account Executives to evangelize the Salesforce vision and generate transactional growth. You will be leveraging the full suite of our Customer 360 platform consisting of our Core, Digital and Mulesoft offering. This is an enterprise sales role with huge opportunities for personal growth and career development. Candidate Profile:Ambition and hunger to overachievePrevious exposure to Salesforce Customer 360 platform offeringsA large appetite for personal developmentA passion for Public Sector with a motivation to change the world with technologyHighly collaborative with the ability to build trust across internal and customer stakeholdersProven experience of quota carrying sales and account management experience, preferably in the technology industrySuccessful history of new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against revenue targetsExperience managing and closing complex sales cyclesPrevious Sales Methodology training, CRM experience and strong customer referencesKnowledge and experience of the Public SectorFluency in English and Italian requiredUniversity Degree or Equivalent through experienceOffice-flexible presence required. Role based in Salesforce Rome officeSome of your main responsibilities and deliverables will include:Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targetsCreate and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunitiesManage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources (Solution Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners, etc)Contribute to account and sector strategy planningStrengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetingsOrganize and manage industry events and user groupsBuild campaigns to target new business growthEnsure forecast hygiene and accuracyGenerate new ideas to improve overall business performanceWhat is in it for you:Huge opportunities for personal and career growth.
