About this opportunity

Ericsson is open to hire an Experienced Senior Director - Incubation accounts which reports to the Head of Solution Security Practice in MELA DS

**What you will do**:

- Lead the team of expert consultants in the region

- Lead security discussion with customers End-to-End and take consultative approach.

- Create security consulting proposals for customers based on their requirements.

- Should have attitude of a startup and shall be willing to own the conversation with customers and team in an unstructured situation.

- Shall possess ability to lead tough situations and is willing to stretch over and beyond the defined scope of activities.

- Build strong pipeline across MELA with customer accounts through introduction of security services

- Be a specialist in any one of the Ericsson Domain technology, Core, cloud, OSS, BSS and Networks

- Be effective in presentation about technical topics regarding the security issues and solutions and provide them with detailed analysis and solution.

- Drive security culture within the team

- Must have leadership skills like listening, empowerment and should foster team work.

**You will bring**:

- A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field

- A minimum 10-15 years of experience in security for the telecom industry

- Experience in the following domains: Security and Privacy frameworks, Project Security, Telecom security, Cyber Security, Cloud Security, Application security.

- Experience in designing the solutions related to Logging, PKI Infrastructure, Identity and access management in telecom networks.

- Experience with 3GPP 5G Release 15/16 will be a plus

- A Basic knowledge of telecom products, technologies and terminologies

- A Full Professional Proficiency in English

- Project Management, team management Skills

- Change

- An excellent teammate and a thoughtful college

- Security certifications are a plus (e. g. , CISSP, CISA, CCIE, CHFI, CISM)
