Job Description

As a Principal Engineer in Digital Design, you will play a crucial role in the development of innovative automotive power supply solutions, driving the design and implementation of cutting-edge digital and analog/mixed-signal blocks.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and be responsible for technically leading a team of digital designers, providing technical guidance, and mentorship.

In your new role you will:



Lead product feasibility studies and product architecture Lead chip top-level concept partitioning and interfaces definition of digital and analog/mixed-signal blocks Be responsible for the supervision of DFT concept and integration system architecture Perform RTL design and design constraints providing documented compliance to performance and quality requirements Support R2G flow and activities guaranteeing RTL code synthesis feasibility Generate Design Documentation Reports and participate in Design Reviews Drive risk assessment, risk management, and Design/Product FMEAs Drive preparation of product-level verification and validation plans as well as work with Test Engineers in defining the product test plan Execute product validation and debugging activities with Product, Quality, and Test Engineering up to production ramp-up Contribute to Design Methodology improvements Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:



A Master's Degree or PhD in Electronic Engineering or similar field of studies with specific knowledge of microelectronic devices and related digital circuit design Solid experience in digital design implemented on sub-micron technologies At least 4 years of experience as a Technical Lead or Mentor Solid knowledge of multiple power domains design using UPF/CPF and multiple clock domains Solid experience with hardware description languages , such as SystemVerilog and VHDL Good experience with common design tools In-depth knowledge of Unix OS and scripting languages , such as Perl and Python Fluency in English (mandatory) It is an advantage if you have:



Experience on Power Management ICs (PMICs) design in automotive Experience with automotive standards in particular with ISO26262 Experience with DFT Knowledge of analog & mixed-signal IC architectures and integration requirements Experience in complete RTL to GDS flow Knowledge of Requirements Management methodologies Although solid experience as a Principal Engineer is desired, we welcome applications from senior and junior candidates as we have a team ready to support your development.
