Responsible for definition and design of smart isolated gate drivers for power semiconductors (IGBT, SiC, GaN)Translate system architecture requirements into circuit solutions and proof concept with modelsDevelop analog IP and subsystems from concept definition to transistor level circuit implementationVerify IP/IC performance incl statistics, reliability, EMC/ESDCreate and maintain IP models for system level verification and signoffExecute reliability analysis and DFMEA; support safety analysis (FTA, FMEDA)Manage interfaces to digital-, diagnosis and test infrastructureCoach layout and validation teamYour Profile:
