Executive Summary
HCI Territory Manager Italy & East Med is senior account manager responsible to expand existing HCI portfolio by existing customers (70% working time) and promote HCI by new logos within the region (30%).
Individual (she or he) will be working closely with our colleagues from Honeywell Process Solutions in region.
HCI territory manager Italy & East med is reporting to HCI Regional Sales Manager Southern Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish relationship with existing install base customer promoting Honeywell Connected Industrials portfolio, expanding our reach to new areas of cooperation
- Approach new logo customer with Honeywell Connected Industrials portfolio, deciding on proper entry strategy based on customer specific
- Create long term strategy as well as short term plan to reach given financial targets
- Interfacing with Manager / Director level employees of customers to promote Honeywell Connected Industrials value proposition
- Act as first point of contact to Honeywell Process Solutions colleagues working closely with them on both long term strategy and short term actions on key Honeywell accounts
- Ability to assess and analyze customer need and create competing solution based on Honeywell Connected Industrials portfolio

YOU MUST HAVE
- (At least) BACHELOR degree in either engineering or business from respectable institution
- Considerable experience working in selling complex, often-customized, Software, SaaS and Service delivering businesses, with on-prem and cloud-based deployment structures.
- 3 years of experience in solution sales to B2B customers in industrial segment in Italy
- Italian native language and English on level minimum C1
- Availability to travel 50 % working time (minimum)
WE VALUE
- MASTER degree from reputed, respectable institution
- Considerable experience with Italian industrial environment (Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power generation, ) with good network of contacts and relationships
- Experience with digitization for Industrials (Operator Training Simulator, Advanced Process Control, Predictive Maintenance, End to end optimization, )
- Proficient usage experience of CRM (Sales Force) and sales metrics/KPIs
- Cross-selling, strategic, solution-centric, value-based, consultative selling experience with exceptional collaboration and influencing skills across both, the clients and our own organization with intent to present a One-Honeywell approach to solutions and value-delivery.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
- Understanding of Pricing Strategy and negotiating terms and conditions, price with customers.
- Highly motivated leader with a mature, positive attitude and a passion for working with customers to drive outcomes.
