Lawrence Harvey is looking for an experienced Privacy Lawyer to join our client, a globally leading Pharmaceuticals organization, as they continue to expand their presence across the EU & APAC regions. This role would be a great fit for an experienced Privacy Lawyer who's looking to progress their experience with an established and well-funded organization, with key responsibilities in supporting their growth across the EU & APAC regions. Responsibilities:Provide strategic advice and guidance on data protection and privacy topics. Advise on laws and regulations across the APAC region, specifically China. Assist in the development and improvement of the company's data protection program. Requirements:Ideally 3+ years PQE, with strong Privacy and/or Data Protection experience. Ideally knowledge of Chinese privacy laws and regulations, but not essential. Experience working with privacy management systems such as One Trust is a plus.
