Support the Event & PCR Manager in developing the client strategy at a country level, while adapting it to suit each store's priority. The main objectives are to develop the database of our top clients, elevating the relationship with them, to build loyalty to the brand by stimulating return visits, and to find opportunities to recruit new clients.

The profile will report directly to the Client Events & PCR Manager and will be based in Milan HO.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Promotion of a transversal Clienteling Mindset at a store level.

- Support the store teams to improve their top clients portfolio (finding opportunities to develop top clients, improving their knowledge, building a strong and durable relationship with them).

- Management of top clients during national and international events.

- In charge of made to measure experiences for loyal clients (creation and implementation of the most exclusive experiences at a country level, and of all the customized programs during Fashion Shows, High Jewellery, High Watches & Crafting Dreams events).

- Support the management of the Clienteling country budget to ensure the highest standards.

- Oversee Private Client Relations & Private Ambassadors activities to maximise the opportunities to develop relationships with top clients, through targeted actions.

- Be the link between the Italian & EMEA Clienteling Teams in terms of qualitative & quantitative reports and presentations.

PROFIL

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

- Strong commercial mindset and High End orientation

- Details oriented on clients expectations

- People oriented (empathetic)

- Problem solver and well organised

- Available for frequent travels

- A Retail experience of al least 5 years is a plus

- Fluent in Italian and English

- Strong knowledge of Office Suite
