Job Posting – Private Equity Analyst Milano Capital is a Boutique Investment Firm , orchestrating a network of top-notch Italian and international investors to originate and lead "club-deal" private equity investments. It focuses on fast-growing middle-sized companies led by visionary entrepreneurs. It is well-known for the large size of its investments, each in the € 20-40 M range , for its faultless fundraising track record, and for its hands-on, value-adding approach in supporting portfolio companies. The PE Analyst will support the Partners in interactions with entrepreneurs, managers, and investors, and in preparatory work on business assessments, negotiations, financial models, market analyses, and investor presentations. The PE Analyst will work in a context of excellence and experience a growth path aimed at developing his/her competences within a collaborative and challenging environment. Milano Capital looks for high-potential candidates, with 1-2 years of experience (including internships) in Investment Banking or Advisory Firms and the following profile: CANDIDATE PROFILE: Master Degree in Engineering or Economics - minimum grade 105/110. At least 1 year of experience (including internships) in Investment Banking or Strategic Advisory in a top Firm. Superior problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Leadership and curiosity, demonstrated through extracurricular activities. Excellent oral and written communication in Italian and English. Deep practical knowledge of Excel ("must have"), PowerPoint, and Word. Strong personal and work ethics, perfectionism, willingness to go the extra mile.
