Analyst – Private Equity Location: Milan Our client, a well-established private equity fund specializing in medium-sized businesses and infrastructure investments across Italy, with a focus on sectors such as agriculture and renewable energy, is seeking an Analyst to join their dynamic team in Milan. Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for investment opportunities. Support deal execution, including market research and competitive analysis. Assist in portfolio management and value creation initiatives. Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with senior team members on transaction structuring and negotiations. Key Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Deep understanding of corporate finance and M&A processes. Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory).
