Our Client, leading European private equity firm is looking to add a talented Associate to join their investment team.

The firm specializes in mid-market investments, partnering with high-potential businesses across various industries to drive growth and transformation.

As an Associate, you will play a key role in the deal execution and portfolio management process , working closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio company management teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in investment banking or buy-side experience (2-3 years) looking to transition into a hands-on private equity role.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation modeling, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.

Support deal structuring, execution, and negotiations in collaboration with senior team members.

Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal committees and external stakeholders.

Monitor and drive value creation within portfolio companies, working closely with management teams.

Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities and trends.

Candidate Profile: 2-3 years of experience in investment banking (M&A, leveraged finance) or private equity/buy-side investing.

Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in working with senior stakeholders.

A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluent in Italian and English; additional European language is a plus.
