Our client, well established PE fund in Milan is seeking strong additions to their team on Associate level

Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including valuation, financial modeling, and strategic assessment, to support investment decisions.

Manage the end-to-end deal process, from sourcing and due diligence to execution and portfolio management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and operational experts, to ensure successful transaction execution.

Prepare and deliver detailed investment presentations and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance, with a strong track record in M&A transactions.

Fluency in Italian and English; additional language skills are a plus.

Demonstrated international experience or exposure, with the ability to navigate cross-border transactions and multicultural environments.
