The firm specializes in mid-market investments, partnering with high-potential businesses across various industries to drive growth and transformation. As an Associate, you will play a key role in thedeal execution and portfolio management process, working closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio company management teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background ininvestment banking or buy-side experience (2-3 years)looking to transition into a hands-on private equity role. Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depthfinancial analysis, valuation modeling, and due diligenceon potential investment opportunities.

Support deal structuring, execution, and negotiations in collaboration with senior team members.

Prepareinvestment memos and presentationsfor internal committees and external stakeholders.

Monitor and drive value creation within portfolio companies, working closely with management teams.

Conductmarket research and industry analysisto identify investment opportunities and trends. Candidate Profile:2-3 yearsof experience ininvestment banking (M&A, leveraged finance) or private equity/buy-side investing.

Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in working with senior stakeholders.

A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluent in Italian and English; additional European language is a plus.
