Private Equity Manager
As a Manager you will join our team dedicated to Private Equity, with a specific focus on deals and value creation.
You will be involved in strategic projects for our clients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic and stimulating environment. Your main responsibilities will include:Delivering due diligence and portfolio company value creation projects for leading Private Equity clients;Leading the day-to-day execution of projects and ensuring successful delivery;Developing Private Equity network with transaction initiatives and portfolio company activities;Working jointly with BIP and client project teams, bringing expertise to the team and to the client on site. Who we are looking for? We are seeking professionals with experience in Transactions, Value Creation or Investment Banking, with strong financial expertise and business acumen.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work in teams, and demonstrates excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Required skillset:Proficient in the Private Equity industry with at least 8 years of experience in Transaction Support, portfolio companies Value Creation or Investment Banking, gained at consulting firms, investment banks, financial boutiques, or Private Equity firms;Actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and deliver solutions of the highest standard;Interpersonal skills to partner with investment teams and executive management;Collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards and experienced in international work;Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skills.
