Description The role of the PSP Individual Giving Assistant is to support the supervisor in the implementation of TMK programme enhancements to maximize performance for income generating campaigns and to improve donor retention.

The incumbent will manage and daily monitor all TMK activities across all vendors in order to meet set KPIs, deliver regular (weekly, monthly and quarterly) reports, insights and advice on telemarketing campaigns trends and improvements to be implemented, and plan and manage the following telemarketing campaigns: Upgrade, Conversion, Welcome, Recapturing, Loyalty, Thank you, One-off calls, SMS appeals.

More specifically, he/she will draft scripts for all telemarketing and SMS campaigns, develop training materials, deliver initial, ongoing and on-the-job training sessions to call centre staff, extract donors' data from the database to define contact lists, refresh criteria and procedures regularly to ensure consistency across communication journeys, monitor quality of data imported into the database, liaise with vendors and internal Database & Analysis Team, monitor all invoicing across all vendors, and if necessary, regularly reforecast expenses based on vendors/volumes.

The assistant will also implement emergency plans for telemarketing activities, liaise with telemarketing suppliers, test new suppliers if required, implement new telemarketing systems and procedures, and support other PSP activities as requested.

The supervisor will define specific work objectives and provide regular advice and guidance.

The incumbent's workload and assignments will be under constant scrutiny and direction of the PSP Individual Giving Associate.

Desired Candidate Profile Italian mother tongue would be an asset.
