Therefore, we are expanding our team and seeking for you, our new **Procedural Specialist **, who will take in charge the responsibility of our surgical products in **Tuscany Region **.

You will join the Sales & Marketing Team and be prepared to successfully lead the deployment of our commercial strategy in your own territory, thanks to a best-in-class training program for new joiners that will include technical and commercial skills.

You will manage the promotion of surgical products and the related selling activities at a 360° level, dealing with both technical and commercial tasks:

- by interacting with clinical stakeholders (surgeons and scrub nurses) to help them understand the products' technical features, also training them during surgical procedures, but also

- by supporting our participation in public tender procedures or private contracts negotiation and ensuring a successful end-to-end process.

**Qualifications**:

- Master Degree with a background in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) or Economics and the willingness

- At least 3-4 year of experience in the same role or in Medical Devices (MD) sector

- Previous experience in MD Sales or Operation Room is a plus

- Italian and English fluent

- Domicile or residence in Tuscany

- Proven background in some of the identified strategic capabilities: digital, data science, business analytics, etc.

- Driving licence

Availability for short travel around the national territory is required
