Role purpose Inside Vodafone Technology team, the candidate will be a key figure to manage with an innovative approach on designing and developing tools and applications based on requirements coming from public and private deals.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership Analyze deals requirements on public and private sector to define tool requirements.

Follow new feature requirements and deploy on ServiceNow environment.

Project Management with E2E Accountability on digitalization projects.

Use coordination and planning skills to achieve results according to schedule.

Ensure that all applications developed will respect Business / Customer requirements.

Drive changes in way of working with a data and evidence-driven approach.

Design processes to manage many groups involved in Data Analysis.

Reporting Accountability on performance measurements.

Key performance indicators Share KPIs related to working solutions and vendor management.

Be responsible for matching delivery targets on system development.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience Proven Skills and experience (at least 3 years) in developing processes.

Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, transform, and organize data to draw conclusions and make predictions, using statistical techniques and specific tools to identify patterns and trends.

Curiosity and Critical Thinking: Being curious and having a critical mindset to explore data in depth and ask the right questions to uncover hidden insights and make more informed decisions.

Data Strategy: Ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies to guide business decisions, understanding how data can support the company's strategic goals.

Process Knowledge: Understanding business processes and how data can be used to optimize them, involving the ability to map processes and identify improvement points through data analysis.

Must have technical / professional qualifications Experience in ServiceNow development.

Data Design: Knowing how to design and manage databases and data collection systems, including skills in SQL and other programming languages for data management.

Data Visualization: Ability to create effective reports and visualizations to present analysis results to business decision-makers, using tools like Tableau, Visio, Power BI, or similar.

Academic Background Engineering Degree.

Tenure / Years of experience 3 years.
