The Process&Technology Engineer has to develop / propose investment projects aimed at increasing the capacity and / or improvement of making production equipments, in compliance with the safety and quality requirements of the Italian law and the CP standards.

Good decision-making autonomy, in particular for the strictly process aspects is required.

Main goal is the achievement of annual objectives and compliance with the timing of launches / relaunches and / or changes to the process.

In the business critical cases, the Engineering Project Mgr reviews the guidelines and strategies with the position.

The Process&Technology Engineer promotes a critical examination of manufacturing processes, through constant technological updating, in order to improve production capacity and increase the profitability of products.

In collaboration with the Project Engineeing Mgr, the Operations Mgr and the Quality function, she/he defines the changes tobe made to the formulas of existing products, through theoretical and practical evaluations, in order to obtain qualitative and / or cost improvements.

In collaboration with Proj. Eng. Mgr he/she is resposible of equipments installations (up to official delivery to the completed Startup), manages the investment within the approved project budgets generating purchase orders according to the specifications and selecting the adeguate Suppliers (according to price, delivery expectation, knowledge and technical skills).

Main contact for the EMO of new formula with R&D.

The Process&Technology Engineer should be preferrable a Chemical Engineer, with strong technologies knowledge and at least 3 years of experience as project engineer in the making production area or in the Tech Transfer team.

English knowledge is a must.

Project Management, English, SAP, collaborations, teamwork, technical background are needed as well.
