This subsidiary allows the points of sales to complement (POS) their existing offer and improve their revenue and profit thanks to a vast array of products and services adapted to the POS and their clients, such as items for smokers and those related to tobacco, stationery, confectionery, food products, accessories for technologies, tobacco, etc. The resource will contribute to the internal business processes analysis and review and will actively participate in the study and definition of new projects for business development, with a particular focus on the secondary warehouses replenishment process.

The ideal candidate owns strong analytical skills with the purpose to identify, analyze, and improve existing business processes.

The resource must have a results-oriented mindset, aiming to increase operational efficiency and the effectiveness of business operations. ACTIVITIESAnalyze and optimize internal business processes, with particular focus on the secondary warehouses replenishment. Develop and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency. Define and analyze KPIs to monitor process effectiveness. Support the analytical models development and market and sales trendsin-depth analysis. Cooperate with various departments to implement new business and improvement projects. Prepare detailed reports and present analysis results to management, including recommendations for optimization and risk reduction in operationsREQUIREMENTSDegree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields, with a strong analytical and quantitative componentPrevious experience in related fields, such as process analysis, supply chain optimization, inventory management, or operational process improvementEnglish level B2Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel), with experience using VBA to automate analysis and reporting tasksKnowledge of Business Intelligence tools is a plus
